Fill in INTEGRATION_ID and CHAT_API_KEY (provided by B2Metric) and TENANT, your preset name — without it the widget opens unbranded, in English (alternatively, supply data-chat-config-url).

Allow-list your origin

Your site's origin must be allow-listed on the chat service, or the widget will fail to load (403). The widget bundle loads automatically alongside the SDK — no separate widget script tag is needed.
